By accessing and using High Rise (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Platform. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
To access certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
High Rise operates on a credit-based system. Credits are a non-refundable virtual currency used to download assets and templates from the Platform.
Credit Purchases: Credits are purchased in packages at prices set on our Checkout page. All purchases are final and non-refundable.
Credit Expiration: Credits do not expire and may be used at any time after purchase.
No Refunds: Credits cannot be converted to cash or refunded under any circumstances, even if you have not used them.
Unused Credits: If you delete your account, any unused credits will be forfeited.
License Grant: Upon purchase and download, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the downloaded assets and templates for your personal or commercial projects.
Permitted Uses: You may use downloaded assets in your projects, including commercial projects, for your business or personal use.
Restrictions: You may not resell, redistribute, or share downloaded assets or templates with others. You may not use the assets to create a competing service or platform. You may not claim ownership of the original assets or templates.
Download Limits: There are no limits on the number of times you may download a previously purchased asset or template using the same account.
All assets, templates, and content on the Platform are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The original creators retain all rights to their works. Your license to use these works is limited to the terms outlined in this agreement. You may not modify, adapt, or create derivative works from downloaded assets without explicit permission from the original creator.
You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purposes or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations. You further agree not to:
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HIGH RISE AND ITS OWNERS, OPERATORS, AND STAFF SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
The Platform and all assets and templates are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. High Rise makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's operation or the information, content, or assets provided. We disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
High Rise reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Causes for termination include but are not limited to violation of these Terms, illegal activity, or abusive behavior.
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites and services. High Rise is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of these external sites. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms and conditions.
All payments are processed through third-party payment processors. By making a purchase, you agree to their terms and conditions. High Rise is not liable for payment processing errors or disputes. All sales are final.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, and you irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
